Snow Day In Seattle

I had to drive in to work today but I got to use the 4wd which is uber butch. If you go to Lorraine's blog you will see pictures and a story from the perspective of our house in south seattle. Pretty pahetic. Now My office is in a town called Issaquah which is right at the base of the foothills of the cascades. here we got some major snowage.

It has been a while since I posted anything having to do with films. And really, that is the whole point of this blog is to be a chronicle of my film making adventures past present and future. So why have I not posted? Quite simply I really have nothing to say. I have been so wrapped up in the new projects that it was interesting for me to write about them. Lots of pictures and new stuff going on. The sad truth is that aside from a show that I have no idea what it is about and was supposed to shoot this past weekend but was postponed, I have nothing going on. Which is sad. I want to do another film. One on the cheap using my camera and lights and kid. But I have no idea what the story should be. I am thinking something Tweenie and angsty with simple settings and dialog so the kid can do it but beyond that I have not idea. I am really not a writer. Any thoughts out there. Yasamine or Iwanski, wanna write up a short 4 or 5 page script and see it done? Something involving a 12 year old kid and maybe her Mom? We can do interiors and maybe some exteriors and I have a cool dolly that I want to use. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Just clean and simple with basic structure and arc.

Now that the flood gate has been opened I think I’ll write up a bit about the past in the next couple of days. There is a lot to say about it.

I Admit It, I Did It

I want to tell the world that I am sorry, I did it and That it was wrong and bad of me.
We saved 3 taquitos for the child to eat with her lunch from dinner Wednesday. I came home last night and found them still in the fridge. Thinking they were fair game I selfishly shoveled them into my cake hole in an act of hubris and gluttony.
I found out that they were intended for Todays lunch packet and she was greatly disapointed.
Sorry boof.
